Welcome to ODU's Center for Faculty Development (CFD)! 

Our goal is to support faculty in their teaching and learning efforts through a variety of professional development opportunities.

To stay current, we offer seminars, workshops, brown bags, and experiential learning opportunities throughout the year. You can view and register for upcoming events through our convenient CFD Event System (CES).

In addition to registering for events, CES also allows you to view the events you have attended, complete feedback forms, and print certificates of attendance through the My Events tab.

How do I register for CFD events?  

1. Log in to the CFD Event System
2. For workshops, click on Register for Upcoming Workshops.
3. Select the delivery method (face-to-face or Zoom)
4. Select the events you wish to attend and register for them.

If you need to make changes to your registration or cancel your attendance, you can also do so through CES.
